\"completeI recently headed downtown to the Financial District to explore the newest, and flagship, location of Complete Body just off Hanover Square. Nestled among icons of capitalism such as the stock exchange and the Federal Reserve Bank it’s fitting that this latest Complete Body occupies what was once the Goldman Sachs corporate gym. But I doubt those Goldman employees would recognize the space today. In the wake of hurricane Sandy it’s been completely redone and outfitted with the most up to date amenities and equipment.

The services at the Hanover Square location cover a wide array of fitness options including personal training, cross training, and physical therapy. A group fitness studio and spinning studio allow for numerous classes with options such as intervals, core, yoga and more. In addition, a licensed physical therapist specializing in sports medicine is on site as well, so those nagging aches and pains can be addressed after getting in a workout. All of these elements reflect the core philosophy of the club that through a collaboration of techniques and methods, both proactive and preventive, one can find their best wellbeing. 

 \"completeIn keeping with the spirit of the high end clientele found in the neighborhood this Complete Body has made an effort to offer all the amenities you would expect to find at the city’s most luxurious gyms. For example, steams rooms, saunas and private dressing areas are to be found as can less frequently found features like a rock climbing wall and juice bar where one can order everything from oatmeal to espresso. I must admit, it was relaxing to sit back and enjoy a hot tea and yogurt while catching up on email via the complimentary Wi-Fi after my workout.

Private trainers and their clients are welcome at 10 Hanover Square for a reasonable onetime fee in addition to package options. All that’s required is proof of certification, insurance and CPR. Given the attention to detail and the experience gained from the club’s long history it’s not hard to see why the newest location of Complete Body is poised to do well and a welcome addition to the city’s fitness scene.
