    I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer for 8 years, 4 of them were at NYC’s premiere gym franchise. Where I honed my skills and was taught by some of the best trainers around. I’m also an Actor and part of my job is keeping my instrument (a.k.a. my body) finely tuned. So when I’m not on set why not share my passion for fitness and help others become the best version of themselves.



    My speciality is weight loss and creating that lean and toned look. (Check out my physique on my @fitr.fitness insta account (link below)). I’ve also worked with runners looking to shave off some time, or people looking to build a lot of lean muscle. Traditional Weight Training or Body Weight Training are my areas of expertise.
